By creating and sharing custom bingo cards on Tokyo Cam Bingo, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not create or share custom cards.

2. Content Guidelines

When creating custom bingo cards, you agree that your content will NOT include:

• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals or groups
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
• Spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Personal information of others without their consent

3. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any custom cards that violate these terms without prior notice. Users can report inappropriate content, and all reports will be reviewed by moderators. Repeated violations may result in restrictions on your ability to create and share cards.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The content of any custom cards you create and share
• Ensuring you have the right to use any content you include
• Respecting the intellectual property and privacy rights of others
• Using the service in a manner that does not disrupt or harm the platform or other users

5. Intellectual Property

By creating and sharing custom cards, you grant Tokyo Cam Bingo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time (if not locked).

6. Locked and Public Cards

When you mark a card as "locked" and "public", you understand that:

• The card cannot be edited by you or anyone else
• The card will be visible in the public gallery for others to use
• Others can duplicate and modify copies of your card
• You cannot unlock or unpublish the card once it is locked and public

7. Disclaimer

Tokyo Cam Bingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. Use of custom cards is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokyo Cam Bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any custom cards.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
